Ho-Chunk Hinuk History with Gayla Whitewater

  • Winnebago Youth Crisis Intervention Center 910 North Mission Drive Winnebago, NE, 68071 United States (map)

Join the Winnebago Youth Crisis Intervention Center to honor Ho-Chunk women, our history, and the strength we carry forward together.

Our co-founder, Gayla Whitewater (Mą̄xipį̄), will be sharing during the evening as we come together around Hikikara — “to take care of oneself.” This space is about reflection, storytelling, and uplifting one another through our shared history and teachings.

Bring a dish to share as we gather potluck-style and build community in a good way!
